In particular, you may download slides which Spremann developed for his courses at Singapore Management University (SMU). "Business Consulting" is one of the SMU courses. It combines a discussion of the steps in problem solving with practical work organized with Corporate Partners. The method of consultancy or problem solving comprehends is discussed in four sections (totally 175 slides): 1 Getting Engagements (pdf), 2 Framing Problems (pdf), 3 Analyzing and Reasoning (pdf), 4 Presenting Your Ideas (pdf). Thus, the course reflects the best practice, apart from two  weightings: More emphasis is put here on how to get engagements (Section 1) since this is usually not so easy for newcomers other than established consulting firms, and the subject "how to organize team work in a consultancy firm" has less weight for students.
